Day-to-day tasks include support in execution of active M&A mandates such as preparation of marketing materials, modelling, valuation analysis, and data-room management. Engage in M&A marketing initiatives like market analyses, strategic and peer analysis, screening targets and buyers, and financial valuations. Associates gain direct exposure to all seniority levels internally and direct client contact where possible.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years M&A experience within an investment bank, boutique or Big 4 firm
  • At least 3 years recent FIG-specific sector experience
  • Experience in banking, lending, specialty finance, Wealth/Asset Management or insurance broking
  • Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience reviewing analysts' work, valuations, training, mentoring and pitch presentations
  • Excellent financial modelling ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
