About this role
The Corporate Banking Support Specialist at Vice President level works within the Global Corporate and Investment Bank (GCIB). The team assists bankers in managing operational tasks including KYC tracking, sales data management, CAM tracking, Economic Sanctions assistance, and Material Negative News production. They partner across GCIB to execute on behalf of clients while supporting regulatory objectives.
Daily responsibilities involve engaging partners across sectors and regions to execute key tasks timely. Review reporting to track clients in KYC processes and oversee data population. Prioritize deadlines with banking teams and resolve performance metrics exceptions.

Requirements
- Experience supporting corporate banking operations in GCIB
- Knowledge of KYC processes, tracking, and data population
- Familiarity with CAM tracking and economic sanctions assistance
- Proficiency in reviewing reporting for client processes
- Ability to partner across business sectors and regions
- Skills in process review, issue identification, and improvement
- Capability to coach, mentor, and evaluate team approaches
- Experience managing complex operational portfolios
Responsibilities
- Assist bankers in managing KYC tracking and population oversight

- Work with banking teams to understand work, prioritize deadlines, and engage partners to support clients
- Coach and mentor CBK Support Specialist team members to improve skills and identify best practices
- Raise and manage process issues and potential improvements
- Participate as member of key project teams to represent the business
- Manage larger portfolio of work with more complexity as VP
