The role assists the Senior Business & Governance Lead to develop and maintain robust governance, oversight, procedures and controls. Contribute to project work in managing £13 billion assets under management.

Day-to-day involves monitoring controls within LTIM including Financial Crime controls, completing KYC, AML, FATCA and CRS responses to global banking partners. Assist with onboarding new investments, counterparty banks, service providers, and Managing Agent clients for FX or investment management. Provide oversight of third-party data and systems licenses like S&P, Moody's, Fitch, Bloomberg to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Accounting knowledge
  • Working knowledge and understanding of legal contractual issues
  • Financial analysis & costing
  • Project management skills
  • High degree of IT literacy with Microsoft products
  • Part qualified accountant, CFA, or similar finance orientated qualification

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring the operation of controls within LTIM including Financial Crime controls
  • Complete KYC, anti-money laundering, FATCA & CRS responses to Lloyd’s global banking partners
  • Assist with onboarding of new investments, counterparty banks and service providers for investment and banking services
  • Onboard new Managing Agent clients who wish to use LTIM FX or investment management
  • Assist with oversight of LTIM third party data and systems licenses to ensure compliance
  • Assist the Senior Business & Governance Lead with LTIM projects
