At Bank of America, join the CBK Support Specialist team within Global Corporate and Investment Bank (GCIB). Assist bankers in managing operational tasks like KYC tracking, population oversight, and sales information management. Support core processes including CAM tracking and Economic Sanctions assistance.
Engage with partners across business sectors and regions to execute key tasks timely. Provide support for Material Negative News production and distribution. Work with regional and industry teams to meet regulatory and policy objectives.

Requirements
- Experience supporting corporate bankers with operational tasks in GCIB
- Knowledge of KYC tracking, population oversight, and data management
- Familiarity with CAM tracking, Economic Sanctions assistance, and regulatory processes
- Ability to partner across business sectors, regions, and industry teams
- Skills in reviewing work, identifying issues, and improving core processes
- Proficiency in managing sales information and client-related operational tasks
- Understanding of Material Negative News production and distribution
Responsibilities
- Work with banking teams to understand work, prioritize deadlines, and engage partners to support clients
- Coach and mentor CBK Support Specialist team members to improve skills, facilitate learning, and identify best practices
- Raise and manage process issues and potential improvements to help the business
- Participate as member of key project teams to voice business needs
- Ensure performance metrics are met and exceptions resolved within required timeframes
- Manage larger portfolio of work with more complexity at VP level
- Review reporting to understand where clients are in KYC process
- Assist with Economic Sanctions and Material Negative News production and distribution
