The Senior Associate role sits within the Private Markets Product Marketing team, serving the EMEA real estate business. Responsibilities include production, maintenance, and distribution of marketing collateral like presentations, factsheets, and white papers.

You will handle quarterly updates for European multi-portfolio funds and separate accounts, plus ad-hoc requests for due diligence and corporate initiatives. This involves reviewing data, messaging, and design while aligning to Invesco brand guidelines. Coverage extends to investment strategy, ESG, new business, and events with on-site support.

Stakeholders include Client Portfolio Managers, distribution teams, and internal partners, with materials ensuring strategic alignment and market needs. Manage compliance review processes, advise on regulations, and publish approved files to digital platforms for capital raising. Maintain data sourcing instructions for the support team.

Requirements

  • Experience within the financial/asset management industry or comparable role
  • Collateral production and maintenance including data checking, content review, and design with adherence to brand guidelines
  • Compliance marketing review process experience
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of global marketing compliance framework and requirements
  • Advanced user of Adobe: PremierePro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator

Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain collateral for IRE’s European multi-portfolio funds and separate accounts, including quarterly updates, due diligence support, and ad-hoc requests
  • Cover wider corporate marketing initiatives like investment strategy, thought leadership, ESG, new business opportunities, and events
  • Review collateral’s data, messaging, and design, making improvements while aligning to Invesco brand guidelines
  • Manage compliance review and approval process, advising colleagues and amending documents to adhere to regulations
  • Communicate compliance approvals to stakeholders and publish files to Invesco digital platforms
  • Maintain clear instructions for sourcing data used by the support team for manual quarterly updates
  • Contribute to management of team group email inbox and workload tracking file for requests
