Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As a Vice President in Global Corporate Banking Public Sector Business Management, you will provide strategic support to the head of the GCB Public Sector Group and Infrastructure Funds coverage. Partner with business leaders to develop strategies and drive growth.

Your day-to-day involves acting as a trusted advisor to Business Heads and communicating business strategy, performance, and priorities. Analyze market position, track P&L, expenses, and headcount, while developing executive management reporting. Ensure adherence to control and governance policies across global teams.

Report to the head of business management for Public Sector & Infrastructure Funds, collaborating with front office and support functions. Navigate market conditions, support client agenda coordination, and drive compliance structures with Legal and Compliance. Serve as key contact in a high-stakes finance environment.

Requirements

  • Relevant financial services experience with financial and business management expertise
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with solution implementation skills
  • Exceptional organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, effective under pressure, with excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism and discretion in interacting with senior executives
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Banking, Markets, and Asset Management products

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Business Heads and management teams
  • Communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities
  • Analyze market position and develop growth strategies for various products
  • Collaborate globally to identify client opportunities and execute business plans
  • Support client agenda coordination and performance metrics
  • Track P&L, expenses, headcount, and key metrics
  • Develop executive management reporting with Planning & Analysis
  • Ensure adherence to control and governance policies
