Fitch Learning is seeking a B2B Marketing Leader based in the London office, a Senior Associate-level corporate role.
This key marketing role involves taking ownership of B2B marketing initiatives, including campaigns across email, social, web, and events. You will manage social media presence, organize webinars and corporate events, develop content in formats like video and infographics, handle website elements, and utilize data analytics for decisions.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will gain broad experience across marketing activities and channels. The role helps position Fitch Learning’s offerings to leading financial services firms globally, supporting the Professional Qualifications business line.

Requirements
- Proven experience in digital and data-driven marketing within education and financial services, with a commercial focus
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment with direct responsibility for lead-generating campaigns using inbound, outbound and account-based methods
- Experience owning brand social media presence and strategy to grow visibility and engagement
- Experience organizing and delivering webinars and corporate events including logistics and communications
- Proficiency in conceptualizing and developing content across formats for marketing funnels
- Experience managing website content and functionality using CMS
- Advanced skills in data analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization for campaigns
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the execution of B2B marketing initiatives, including managing marketing planning and execution for the Professional Qualifications business line
- Develop targeted and effective marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement utilizing email, social, web and events
- Take ownership of the Fitch Learning brand social media presence and forward strategy, including content creation, driving engagement and expanding channels
- Organize and deliver high-quality webinars and corporate events, handling delegate communications, agendas, speaker coordination and run sheets
- Conceptualize and develop short-form content in diverse formats across the marketing funnel, including web, video, infographics, testimonials and reports
- Manage B2B elements of the Fitch Learning website, including writing content, creating pages and forms using CMS, and pursuing enhancements
- Utilize advanced data analytics to inform decisions, leveraging insights and CRO techniques to maximize ROI and effectiveness
- Take on tasks and projects beyond core remit to support priority initiatives and commercial goals
