Requirements

Familiarity with business fundamentals
Ability to quickly solve problems on your own and with a team
Enthusiasm, energy and a drive to succeed
Collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
Confidence and initiative to take on early responsibility and manage your own projects
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Fluency in English

Responsibilities

Assist GCB bankers in managing internal aspects of existing client relationships
Conduct industry and credit analysis, including reviewing financial statements and supporting credit approval and documentation
Gain exposure to product, strategy, or client coverage-based teams
Prepare internal memos, such as senior management briefings and decision committee memoranda
Participate in analysis and negotiation of financing requests with credit, product, legal and compliance teams
Coordinate with product and country teams to identify and execute global client transactions across capital markets, risk solutions and transaction banking
Network with industry leaders and access best-in-class training
