TD Securities' London Corporate Banking Relationship Coverage team delivers wholesale products to investment grade European multinational corporations with North American links. Clients span UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. The team manages end-to-end relationships, coordinating lending, multi-currency Debt Capital Markets, Rates and FX, commodity hedging, trade finance, securitization, and cash management.

As an Investment Banking Summer Analyst, participate in immersive orientation and technical training to build foundations in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation. Collaborate with professionals across sectors for exposure to strategies, products, and services driving the business.

Work within a growth-oriented, people-focused team operating from London. Gain exposure to diverse clients, sectors, and integrated product teams in TD's Corporate Banking division.

Analyze client requests and market trends while contributing to strategic initiatives shaping the division's future. Develop skills to thrive in investment banking through real-world application and team collaboration.

Requirements

Pursuing degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
Strong foundation in financial analysis and accounting
Proficiency in valuation techniques
Interest in corporate banking and wholesale products
Analytical skills for market trends and client needs
Ability to work with integrated product teams
Knowledge of lending, Debt Capital Markets, and trade finance

Responsibilities
