About this role
Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money, and we're looking for a Capital Markets VP to help fund over £2.5bn per annum in 2026. As one of the UK's newest unicorns with a team of just over 700 people, we've rebuilt loans, credit cards and car finance from scratch.
In this role, you will originate and execute new transactions including direct lending through forward flow agreements, private and public asset-backed financing arrangements, and new fund launches. You will manage strategic funding projects on tight timeframes through to execution, and assist in the running of the Lendable funds.
You will work in small teams of exceptional people who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo. You will manage investor relationships with banks, investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, pension funds, high net worth investors and family offices.
This is an opportunity to take ownership across a broad remit and drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day one. You will support senior management and founders on the assessment of strategic initiatives and corporate development projects.
