Investment Banking Analyst/Associate - GP Solutions

Rothschild & Co GP Solutions advises financial sponsors globally on fund- and management company-level transactions, including continuation vehicles, GP-led transactions, fund recapitalisations, JVs, follow-on equity raises, financings, management company stake sales, and portfolio liquidity solutions. We cover private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure, growth equity, and venture capital. The practice provides a unique global perspective across alternatives.

As a Senior Analyst or Junior Associate, expect involvement in all aspects of the practice, from transaction origination and pitching to execution and closing. The role is fast-paced and varied, working with different sector teams, debt, and equity advisory teams. Deeply involved in advising clients on planning, structuring, and execution of GP Solutions transactions.

Operate in a flat team structure, encouraged to actively interact with junior and senior bankers across the firm. Maintain an organized approach to transaction execution, proactively flagging potential issues. Support origination activities and ensure marketing materials like pitch books meet specifications.
