About this role
Working within Credit Risk insights across Mobile and Fixed products, you will enable data-driven decisions that balance risk and commercial objectives. This includes owning the development and maintenance of Credit Risk dashboards and ensuring they provide clear, accurate, and timely information.
You’ll be supporting deep-dive analysis into emerging trends and patterns to help drive credit strategy forward. At Virgin Media O₂, we connect people to the moments that matter most, and we’re proud to be named one of the Financial Times Top 500 Best Employers for 2026.
Join us and you’ll be part of a team that stays curious, positive and focused on making life easier for our customers and each other. We’re investing in the future of connectivity, from expanding next-generation 5G to exploring satellite-supported solutions for rural communities.
We’re a flexible-first organisation, asking everyone to spend at least eight days a month connecting in person—whether in the office, at offsites, or on team projects. You’ll work with people who back good ideas and give you plenty of room to grow.
