We seek a motivated Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare sector with sell-side experience to support growth. The Global Investment Banking division provides M&A, debt advisory, and financing to middle-market companies.

As an Analyst, be an integral part of investment banking teams supporting mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory. Prepare company valuations, financial models, marketing documents, and presentations. Execute advanced spreadsheet and word processing tasks for client needs.

Review client investment statements, calculate monthly returns, and create customized Excel spreadsheets for portfolio management. Assist with trade processing, report generation, account reconciliation, and client communications explaining policies. Compose routine letters and compile information for client meetings.

Work on high-profile transactions gaining insights across sectors while contributing to clients' long-term success. Baird fosters a collaborative atmosphere emphasizing teamwork and professionalism. Support timely completion of client reports in this dynamic role.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sell-side experience at a top-tier investment bank
  • Strong academic record and interest in Finance
  • Solid work ethic, teamwork skills, and self-direction
  • Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal, and computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Access knowledge preferred
  • Advanced math skills and strong language proficiency
