Requirements

  • In depth Investment Banking experience with genuine interest in M&A
  • Clear motivation to excel further in content generation
  • Strong technical, modelling and analytical skills from projects
  • Concise and clear written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to develop creative solutions for clients
  • Team player who takes responsibility and accountability
  • Coaches and trains junior bankers
  • Experience working in a healthcare organisation (i.e. NHS) or healthcare consultancy

Responsibilities

  • Generate content for M&A transactions in EMEA healthcare
  • Perform financial modelling and analytical tasks for deals
  • Present to clients and senior executives on healthcare opportunities
  • Develop creative solutions to meet client needs
  • Identify cross-product opportunities in investment banking
  • Coach and train junior bankers on projects
  • Challenge self to excel in a high-performing team
