Requirements
- Deep understanding of front-to-end customer due diligence process using risk-based approach
- Well versed with legal entity types across different jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of current UK and EU regulatory requirements
- Relevant financial industry know-how concerning Customer Due Diligence and AML standards
- Experience conducting periodic KYC reviews
- Ability to analyze complex corporate structures
- Competence in validating compliance documentation
