Lead AI transformation across the future of Wealth & Asset Management at Capco, combining strategic advisory, transformation delivery, and stakeholder leadership. Help clients including leading wealth managers, private banks, and asset managers unlock measurable value from AI-enabled transformation using GPT, Copilot, and broader AI/ML capabilities.
You will lead complex client engagements, identifying AI-enabled opportunities and shaping transformation roadmaps. Oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance functions.
Operating at Principal Consultant level in a highly regulated environment, you will partner with technology, product, and compliance teams to ensure practical, responsible, and scalable adoption. Drive enterprise-wide change while ensuring solutions remain human-led and aligned to business objectives.
Contribute to the growth of Capco’s AI proposition through thought leadership, client development, and team mentoring. Share practical AI use cases and responsible adoption approaches, helping shape the future of AI in wealth and asset management.
Requirements
- Significant consulting, transformation, or AI-enabled change experience within Wealth & Asset Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Platform environments.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including GPT, Copilot, generative AI, NLP, foundation models, and enterprise AI adoption considerations within regulated financial services organisations.
- Proven experience leading complex programmes, consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives with strong knowledge of governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and organisational change delivery.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating emerging technologies into commercially relevant business outcomes and practical transformation strategies.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with experience balancing innovation, governance, risk management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-enabled transformation programmes across Wealth & Asset Management organisations, identifying opportunities to improve advisor productivity, client experience, operational efficiency, and investment processes using approved AI tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating executive discussions, shaping AI adoption strategies, and translating business challenges into scalable AI use cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Oversee delivery activities across complex transformation programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting governance, stakeholder management, delivery planning, and change execution.
- Partner with technology, product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to support the development, testing, governance, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions with appropriate controls and human oversight.
- Contribute to the growth of Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management AI proposition through thought leadership, client development, team mentoring, capability building, and sharing of practical AI use cases and responsible adoption approaches.
