Corporate Banking Spring Insight - 1st Year

You're ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom, and Citi wants to help you get there. The Spring Insight Programme equips you with knowledge and training to play a valuable role and establish a long-term career. It provides opportunity to explore working in financial services and enhance skills for the assessment process.

During the 4-day in-person programme at the London office, gain true insight into Citi's culture, business divisions, employees, and networks. You must be available to attend all 4 days, with dates to be confirmed. This helps decide where to start your career in corporate banking.

Expect to be paired with a Citi mentor and participate in team meetings, projects, and presentations. As part of mentoring, work shadow and network to experience life at Citi. This prepares you for summer, placement, and graduate programmes.
