Build models like LBOs and covenant models to convey complex outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of debt capital markets, including market trends, key structures and key players
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, including LBOs, covenant models and cash flow analysis
  • Ability to perform debt capacity and sensitivity analysis
  • Experience conducting due diligence on M&A and capital raising transactions
  • Skilled in drafting management presentations and marketing materials
  • Knowledge of macro factors related to client industries and investment banking products

Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive financial analyses for M&A and capital raising transactions
  • Build financial models and execute core credit methods, such as LBOs and covenant models
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, debt capacity analysis and sensitivity analysis
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of potential and live transactions
  • Draft management presentations to highlight financial analysis and research results
  • Assist in the development, production and delivery of proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
  • Research industries or sectors to target certain clients or industries
