About this role

As an Analyst in the UK Investment Banking team at UBS, you will work on projects across various sectors and products with a UK focus. You will provide key analytical support in transaction execution and origination efforts. This role involves mergers & acquisitions, corporate broking, and capital markets transactions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions as well as leveraged buyouts. You will contribute to both transaction execution and origination across UK-focused deals. Analytical and quantitative skills drive your contributions to these high-impact projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, ideally including corporate broking
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong financial modeling and technical skills
  • Interest in the financial markets
  • Client and solutions focused mindset
  • Excellent communicator
