About this role

Contribute to Coverage & Advisory for Nordic clients, which originates and provides financial advisory, structured finance, investment banking and M&A services. Client-centric strategy offers tailor-made solutions to clients across the world. Support the group’s activities on a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across dedicated sectors.

Assist with marketing pitch preparation and research. Perform financial modelling and credit analysis in respect of finance transactions. Gather and analyse financial data, reporting variances and initiating corrective actions.

Liaise with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations. Contribute to interaction with other departments in Natixis to ensure best cooperation. Maintain awareness of economic and financial data affecting the client base and products.

Requirements

  • Understanding of financial advisory, structured finance, investment banking and M&A services
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and credit analysis
  • Ability to analyse financial data and report variances
  • Knowledge of risks associated with finance transactions
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance and legal requirements in investment banking
  • Awareness of economic factors impacting Nordic corporate clients
  • Product knowledge in investment banking and structured finance

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing pitch preparation and research
  • Assist with financial modelling and credit analysis in respect of finance transactions
  • Gather and analyse financial data, reporting variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Liaise with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations
  • Assist the team to develop knowledge of clients and their needs
  • Maintain awareness of economic and financial data and factors affecting the client base
  • Adhere to and understand risks to the bank and client from transactions
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge and complete mandatory training
