Report directly to the Global Head of Reward and lead a small dedicated team. Drive execution of reward strategy in a flat team structure with significant ownership. Gain exposure across the business for a high-reaching career path.
Key activities include year-end reward cycle planning and coordination with Heads of HR. Collaborate with Finance and Reward team on variable compensation accruals and salary budgets. Advise business clients on allocations in line with Remuneration Philosophy.
Own annual market data updates via McLagan and coordinate legislative pay reporting. Generate analysis for continual improvements in delivery and efficiency. Foster an inclusive workplace committed to diversity and support for disabilities.
Requirements
- Outstanding analytical and numerical approach
- Proven strong Excel skills
- Expertise in Power BI and Alteryx
- Experience working closely with a Finance function
- Knowledge of Workday/HR systems
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to operate at pace and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving approach, comfortable generating new ideas
Responsibilities
- Drive year-end and regular reward cycle planning and coordination with Heads of HR and HR Business Partners
- Collaborate with Finance and Reward team on variable compensation accruals and salary budgets
- Advise business clients and HR BPs on managing variable compensation allocations and salary budgets per Remuneration Philosophy
- Own annual update of market data via McLagan to structure reward parameters
- Coordinate legislative pay reporting and analysis, such as pay gap or equal pay reporting
- Generate analysis to identify opportunities for continual improvements in delivery and efficiency
