About this role

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Product Manager or Product Owner with deep Capital Markets expertise to join our Financial Services and Insurance practice at a Principal level. You will be part of a world-class product management team driving innovation and improving user experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Wealth Management.

In this role, you will take on a range of responsibilities including process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, and program and change management. You will analyse problems and develop creative, out-of-the-box solutions, applying business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address client challenges while collaborating daily with client stakeholders.

You will be part of a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements in Capital Markets. Our practice supports some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands in solving their biggest challenges in today's age of digital and AI-led transformation, from strategy and advisory to large-scale implementations and change initiatives.

As a Principal Consultant, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements, building on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts, and will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery to help clients meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements

Deep Capital Markets experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Wealth Management
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a consulting or financial services environment
Experience designing and executing transformation programs at a senior level
Ability to apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address complex business problems
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills for daily collaboration
Experience in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, or tech strategy
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver engagements and anchor sales proposal preparation

Responsibilities

Conduct strategic assessments to define future state functional and technical architecture leveraging Design Thinking and Service Blueprinting approaches
Drive digitalization of Advisory Platforms covering the end-to-end Advisory lifecycle from Prospecting to Portfolio Management
Lead Machine Learning driven personalization initiatives including life events, investment ideas, service alerts, and assessment of client attrition risk
Implement Virtual Assistant and Cognitive Assistant Pilot (CAP) to guide Financial Advisors and Customer Support Associates in Salesforce
Develop a comprehensive portal to do a 'Best Match' and find a Financial Advisor by name, nearby location, gender, and International Wealth FAs and teams
Build a Smart App where prospective clients can start a bank relationship, find a Financial Advisor, provide discovery for goal-based planning, and schedule an appointment
Create a Social App for Financial Advisors to build their social media profiles and provide content
Anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts while collaborating with client stakeholders daily
