The Talent Acquisition Manager delivers a high-quality in-house recruitment service across Savills Investment Management’s global offices. Focuses on reducing reliance on external recruitment agencies and lowering overall spend. Develops direct sourcing strategies to build a sustainable talent acquisition function.
Partners closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and senior stakeholders to attract exceptional talent supporting business growth. Leads the full recruitment lifecycle using the applicant tracking system, from role briefing to offer and onboarding. Enhances candidate experience and strengthens internal processes.
Joins a real estate and debt specialist managing €25.5bn for institutional investors across 16 global locations. Combines global perspective with local expertise in sectors like office, logistics, retail, living, and debt. Over 400 staff with 30 years delivering strategies for positive client outcomes.
Acts as trusted advisor on recruitment, owning Talent Acquisition Policy and resourcing budget. Positions Savills Investment Management as an employer of choice in the investment management industry. Integrates responsible investment risks and opportunities throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering in-house recruitment in investment management or financial services
- Strong direct sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, networks, and referrals
- Track record managing full recruitment lifecycle globally using ATS
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers effectively
- Knowledge of salary benchmarking and resource planning in real estate sectors
- Experience enhancing candidate experience and employer branding
- Understanding of responsible investment integration in talent processes
Responsibilities
- Own the Company’s Talent Acquisition Policy and resourcing budget, ensuring budgeted and approved hires
- Partner with Group Finance to align proposed salary levels with market benchmarks
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers as trusted advisor
- Directly source high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Develop and maintain high-quality job descriptions reflecting business needs
- Screen applications, assess candidates, and deliver shortlists aligned to requirements
