London, GB · Full-time · £45,000 – £65,000
About this role
AmTrust International is a global insurance provider offering risk-management solutions and business underwriting, with over $1.8 billion in gross written premiums and more than 1,500 employees worldwide. We're looking for a Vendor Risk Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key part in supporting the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process to ensure vendors meet required risk, security, and compliance standards.
You'll support the end-to-end TPRM process by onboarding vendors into the TPRM platform, issuing initial risk questionnaires to internal stakeholders, and collecting security evidence from third parties. Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and escalate issues when needed.
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Procurement, IT, Information Security, Legal, and wider business teams to identify and address vendor-related risks. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Help maintain accurate risk-related data to support ongoing reporting activities.
To succeed, bring experience working with a Third-Party Risk Management platform along with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organisational abilities, an analytical mindset for interpreting data and identifying risk trends, and confidence adapting to new tools, technologies, and processes.
