
About this role
We are looking for a data-led, results-oriented marketer with a proven track record of scaling revenue for companies around the £50m revenue mark. You will lead B2B marketing initiatives, focusing on engaging decision-makers in UK and US enterprise-scale financial advice firms. Your deep expertise in B2B marketing and ability to craft compelling narratives will drive measurable growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to win and grow clients from the top 100 financial advice firms in the UK and US. Identify and profile target firms and key personas, principally marketing leaders or managing directors. Lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to drive demand and accelerate the sales pipeline.
Oversee production of content-based marketing initiatives and small-scale events like breakfast seminars and roundtables. Take full customer marketing responsibility, including delivery of upsell and churn reduction goals. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure campaign success and ROI. Manage B2B marketing colleagues and own the pipeline revenue number with prior demonstrated experience.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years in B2B marketing leadership in software/SaaS business, with experience growing enterprise accounts at £20-£50m revenue businesses
- Proven track record using content-based marketing to bring senior prospects into the sales process
- Demonstrated ability to use targeted marketing to drive upsell and reduce churn
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
- Experience managing small high-quality events such as breakfast seminars and roundtables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
