About this role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your problem-solving, data analytics expertise and sceptical forensic mindset to a commercially focused situation, providing real-time added value to our clients. You will be directly exposed to the commercial workings of global film and TV studios, brands and IP owners, and pharmaceutical and tech companies.

As a Manager, you will oversee third-party contract reviews, working across different global territories and languages. You'll deal directly with operational, finance, and legal teams at both our clients and the third parties under review, with opportunities for international travel.

You'll operate within a team that delivers forensically focused, data-enabled tailored reviews, building strong relationships with clients and third parties. The work involves reviewing licensees and partners to ensure our clients maximise commercial value and receive all monies contractually due.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) is required
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong data analytics expertise
  • Sceptical forensic mindset applied to commercially focused situations
  • Ability to operate as an independent thinker and develop tailored review strategies
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and third parties
  • Capability to oversee and develop a team to the highest standard

  • Oversee the delivery of third-party reviews and manage a diverse portfolio of reviews
  • Solve complex technical matters for clients and develop tailored review strategies including contract risk assessments
  • Oversee and develop your team to the highest standard, and take responsibility for your own personal development
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with your team, clients, and the third parties under review
  • Take opportunities for wider department responsibilities including commercial oversight, operational excellence, and pitching support
  • Work across different global territories and languages, providing forensically focused, data-enabled contract reviews
