Join deal teams supporting execution of debt transactions including loans, private placements and public bonds. Draft credit material like financial forecasts, Information Memorandums and prospectuses. Research industries, update market databases, and develop financial models for client advice.

Requirements
- A level or equivalent: ABB
- Ability to present and hold conversations with senior clients
- Proficiency in building financial models for debt capacity and covenants
- Knowledge of debt products including loans, private placements and public bonds
- Experience drafting credit documents like Information Memorandums
- Analytical skills for credit rating and corporate finance analysis
- Familiarity with investment grade corporates in UK and Ireland
Responsibilities
- Participate in deal teams, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing and drafting key deal documentation
- Support execution of debt transactions including loans, private placements and public bonds
- Draft credit material covering client’s credit story and key debt requirements such as financial forecasts, Information Memorandums and prospectuses
- Support senior deal team members with client dialogue and relationship management, presenting to senior clients
- Research relevant industries to support marketing initiatives, optimising various sources of information
- Contribute content to client advice books by conducting ad-hoc analysis
- Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models
- Undertake debt capacity, financial covenant, and credit rating modelling
