About this role

At Bravura Solutions, a Global FinTech market leader and ASX listed company, the Corporate Technology Project & Portfolio Manager reports to the Global Head of IT. This role oversees delivery and progress of projects across the Corporate IT portfolio while supporting wider department operations. It combines project management with portfolio management and strategic coordination to align technology initiatives with business priorities.

Day-to-day involves planning, executing and monitoring IT projects from initiation to closure, managing timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies. Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers for successful delivery. Maintain a consolidated portfolio, track progress, resource allocation and key milestones.

Prepare regular portfolio reports and dashboards, lead portfolio review meetings and manage the portfolio lifecycle including intake, analysis, prioritisation, approval, delivery, closure and benefits tracking. Support IT department operations and governance by coordinating leadership meetings and assisting with financial management alongside IT, Finance and Procurement colleagues.

Requirements

  • Established project management skills in IT
  • Experience overseeing project delivery across portfolios
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Proficiency in portfolio management including tracking progress and resources
  • Strong coordination with stakeholders, teams and suppliers
  • Knowledge of IT governance and department operations
  • Experience preparing portfolio reports and leading review meetings
  • Familiarity with managing IT financials and procurement processes

  • Support the Head of IT in ensuring IT operations are well governed and managed
