We are looking for an Experienced Senior IT Audit Manager with financial sector experience and previous UK external audit experience at this level. You'll develop the approach to IT risk on a portfolio of clients and build good working relationships with colleagues and clients. You'll oversee IT audit teams and act as a key point of contact.
You will assist audit partners in establishing audit approach and understanding IT audit risk, ensuring key matters arising during the IT audit are properly assessed. Review audit work papers, ensure work is completed to budget and files are completed in a timely manner. Manage a team of IT auditors with line management responsibility.
Motivate and coach team members through regular communication and timely appraisal. Take on wider department responsibilities such as pitching for new work, recruitment or people management. Develop yourself and others with support from your people manager.

Requirements
- Post-qualified experience (ACA, CISA) in external audit, in a senior manager role
- Experience of managing complex audits, particularly those within the Financial Sector
- Experience of CASS beneficial
- Extensive experience of using audit software and Microsoft packages
- Experience of leveraging data analytics within an audit environment
- Familiar with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle
- Experience performing a people manager role
