Lincoln International serves business owners and executives of private equity firms with mergers and acquisitions advisory, private funds advisory, and valuations. The Talent Acquisition Manager based in London will lead recruitment across Europe as part of the global team headquartered in Chicago.

The role centers on advancing three priority projects: introducing AI into selection tools, building a pan-European campus strategy with intern hiring, and streamlining systems and processes. Daily work also includes sourcing and selecting M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either French or German
  • Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition
  • Entrepreneurial approach with ability to interface with many different people
  • Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills across global and local teams

Responsibilities

  • Drive progress and implementation for three key Talent Acquisition projects across Europe
  • Introduce AI within local and global selection tools and processes including provider evaluation and stakeholder management
  • Develop and execute a pan-European campus strategy with associated intern hiring
  • Review and implement opportunities to streamline, integrate, and standardize processes and tools
  • Recruit and select M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels
  • Foster and drive the brand, passion, and culture at the core of Lincoln’s success
