About this role

Headquartered in New York, Guggenheim offers a premier investment banking advisory practice from offices across New York, London, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, and Houston. The internship program is designed for students pursuing a career in investment banking, featuring formal and informal training, mentoring, networking and social events. Established in April 2023, the inaugural European office provides a unique entrepreneurial opportunity.

Interns join deal teams as junior analysts on strategic advisory, M&A and financing-related transactions. They gain meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives while building relationships with junior bankers. The program runs January through June 2026.

Candidates must thrive in an unstructured environment valuing initiative, creativity, maturity and enthusiasm for learning. Top performers excited to join a fast-growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial team will excel. Bright, motivated individuals with solid finance knowledge and strong technical skills are sought.
