Experience Citi's culture, business divisions, employees and networks first-hand. The 4-day in-person programme runs at the London office; you must attend all days. Dates to be confirmed.

Expect to be paired with a Citi mentor and participate in team meetings, projects, and presentations. Engage in work shadowing and networking as part of mentoring. This immerses you in life at Citi.
