Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of prior full-time Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience
- Genuine interest in Consumer & Retail with motivation to deepen technical and industry expertise
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise under pressure, and deliver high quality output on tight timelines
- Clear and concise communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Eager to learn, ready to challenge yourself and motivated to join a highly successful team
- Team player who takes responsibility and accountability for work
Responsibilities
- Originate strategic transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients in Consumer & Retail
- Execute M&A, financing and other deals in the Consumer & Retail sector
- Build financial models for consumer products and retail companies
- Perform valuations and industry analysis for sector targets
- Prepare pitch materials and client presentations
- Conduct market research on consumer trends and retail dynamics
- Support deal execution under tight timelines
