Requirements

  • In depth Investment Banking experience with genuine interest in M&A
  • Strong technical, modelling and analytical skills from various projects
  • Concise and clear written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and identify cross-product opportunities
  • Team player who takes responsibility and accountability
  • Coaches and trains junior bankers
  • University degree in any discipline, min 2:1 or equivalent
  • Experience working in a healthcare organisation (i.e. NHS) or healthcare consultancy company

Responsibilities

  • Generate content for M&A transactions in EMEA healthcare
  • Build financial models and perform analytical tasks for deals
  • Present recommendations to clients and senior executives
  • Develop creative solutions to meet client needs
  • Identify cross-product opportunities in healthcare
  • Coach and train junior bankers
  • Take responsibility for work in high-stakes projects
