Requirements
- In depth Investment Banking experience with genuine interest in M&A
- Strong technical, modelling and analytical skills from various projects
- Concise and clear written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to develop creative solutions and identify cross-product opportunities
- Team player who takes responsibility and accountability
- Coaches and trains junior bankers
- University degree in any discipline, min 2:1 or equivalent
- Experience working in a healthcare organisation (i.e. NHS) or healthcare consultancy company
Responsibilities
- Generate content for M&A transactions in EMEA healthcare
- Build financial models and perform analytical tasks for deals
- Present recommendations to clients and senior executives
- Develop creative solutions to meet client needs
- Identify cross-product opportunities in healthcare
- Coach and train junior bankers
- Take responsibility for work in high-stakes projects
