Requirements

  • Experience in real estate M&A
  • Understanding of financial statement analysis and familiarity with real estate concepts
  • Proficiency in financial modeling
  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills to develop and review valuations
  • Knowledge of real estate sub-sectors including commercial, housebuilding, and lodging
  • Familiarity with M&A, debt, and equity products

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist on several transactions and multiple project teams from client development to execution
  • Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models
  • Prepare and review financial analyses, client presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials
  • Update industry databases and credentials
  • Work on a broad range of transactions including sell-side, buy-side, public, and private
  • Support the wider team’s business development and marketing initiatives
