You will enhance compliance culture and support the team as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies. Work closely with internal teams to implement regulatory requirements, focusing on ISAs and investment products. Proven experience with UK FCA rules and ISA Regulations is essential.
Daily tasks include developing policies, conducting risk assessments, overseeing ISA operations, and reviewing marketing materials. Investigate SARs escalations, complaints, and financial crime incidents. Prepare reports, filings, and training for employees and regulators.

Requirements
- Proven experience in the oversight of ISAs and/or investment products in the UK
- Familiarity with applicable FCA rules and ISA Regulations
- Experience in compliance monitoring
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty requirements
- Understanding of financial crime investigations including SARs
- Ability to prepare regulatory reports and conduct compliance training
Responsibilities
- Develop and assist in the implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct checks, risk assessments and assist in the production of compliance reports
- Execute checks in connection with Consumer Duty and support the build-out of the firm’s Consumer Duty framework
- Provide oversight of ISA and/or investment product operations to ensure adherence to UK regulatory requirements
- Review marketing, advertising and press material to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements
- Investigate SARs escalations, complaints, incidents and financial crime related requests
- Prepare compliance reports addressed to the regulators and compile regulatory filings
- Monitor regulatory changes, amendments, trends or developments that may impact operations
