About this role

ITE Management, a leading investment manager specializing in the transportation sector, is looking for an investment associate to join its dynamic and rapidly growing Investment team in London. Founded in 2014, the firm targets real asset investment opportunities that are cash yielding with downside protection, benefiting from deep relationships and expertise. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a small, dynamic deal team, providing immediate exposure to senior leadership and meaningful responsibility from day one. Work on a broad range of high-profile transactions in the transportation space, including investments across portfolios of assets and operating platforms, development of joint ventures with world-class operating partners, and strategic financings. This role offers significant breadth and depth across European geographies, industries and investment structures.

Key responsibilities include conducting fundamental valuation and financial modelling, performing detailed analysis of financial statements, operating metrics and market dynamics, and supporting end-to-end deal execution. Engage directly with management teams, advisors, lenders and operating partners, while reviewing legal documentation and preparing investment memos. Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis and value-creation initiatives in a lean environment.

Join to help build and shape the new London office within an established global platform. Gain exposure to complex and impactful transactions with meaningful responsibility early on in a collaborative culture that values analytical rigor, creativity and professional growth. Benefit from long-term career development opportunities in transportation investment.
