Corporate Banking focuses on supporting banking needs of large UK multinational companies and managing relationships for Nordic and German corporate customers in the UK. The wider SEB UK franchise includes teams in Project Finance, Financial Institutions and Loan Origination. As Team Assistant, provide administrative support including diary management, arranging meetings and events, travel, reports and expenses.
Join a team responsible for large UK multinationals and international clients seeking UK banking support. Work primarily with Corporate Banking while interacting across the UK franchise. This is an office-based role in London requiring right to work in the UK.

Requirements
- Previous experience of PA/Team Assistant work essential
- Positive team player who can work effectively independently but aware of when to request guidance from Management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Flexible and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough, organised approach to work
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload and judge priority of requests
- Right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Manage diaries for certain senior personnel within SEB UK
- Arrange internal and external meetings and events
- Facilitate the delivery of internal reports
- Collate and process travel and entertainment expenses/invoices
- Coordinate and maintain team absence and holiday records
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
