Join a growing and dynamic team with a fantastic opportunity supporting the Head of Compliance for the Investment Business. This role focuses on activities within Arrow’s AML framework. Previous experience in KYC, AML, or compliance is essential, ideally from Private Funds, Fund Administration, Financial Services, or Investment Management.

Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on new and existing counterparties per Arrow’s AML/KYC policies and regulations. Analyse and verify counterparty identification documents, business structures, and source of funds. Perform risk assessments and escalate high-risk clients to senior management.

Use screening tools for sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP), and adverse media checks, reporting findings accurately. Ensure up-to-date records of all KYC documentation and client interactions. Liaise with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Risk, and Front Office teams for efficient onboarding and reviews.

Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in KYC, AML, and financial crime compliance. Assist in developing and implementing KYC policies and procedures. Work in Governance & Risk department, reporting to Head of Compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role with strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AMLD, FATF, FinCEN, and other relevant compliance guidelines
  • Experience using KYC screening tools for sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and escalate key issues to relevant team members
  • Proactive and self-motivated

Responsibilities
