Requirements
- Experience delivering and reporting on external audits
- Fully qualified as a chartered accountant e.g. ACA / ACCA / CA / ICAS / ICAEW or international equivalent
- Financial services industry exposure
- Ability to handle complex audit procedures across banking and capital markets clients
- Proficiency in verifying compliance with accounting principles
Responsibilities
- Lead fieldwork and keep engagement managers updated on audits
- Accurately report on financial statements and provide meaningful insights into accounting and reporting matters
- Complete audit processes and document higher-risk areas to increase technical and business skills
- Engage clients and provide authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions
- Constantly develop understanding of current market trends
