We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the day-to-day management of our large operational real estate portfolio. This role offers broad exposure across commercial real estate finance and operations.

Working within the Asset Management team you will help ensure buildings deliver both commercially and operationally. You will keep everything running smoothly through lease tracking service charge analysis stakeholder coordination and reporting. The position provides hands-on involvement with a growing portfolio of 60 plus locations.

You will work alongside experienced professionals in a high-growth environment backed by The Office Group Blackstone and Brockton Capital. Collaboration with Finance Facilities Management and Operations teams supports performance optimisation across the portfolio. Accurate records and timely reporting underpin all asset activities.

This is a strong platform to build a long-term career in commercial real estate and asset management. You will gain direct exposure to rent reviews lease variations and insurance processes while contributing to new building mobilisation. Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years experience in property management asset management or similar
  • Highly organised proactive individual
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate
  • Desire to develop career in asset management

Responsibilities

  • Support Asset Managers with the day-to-day management of the portfolio
  • Track key lease events obligations and compliance requirements
  • Assist with rent reviews lease variations and landlord and tenant matters
  • Assist in reviewing service charge budgets invoices and reconciliations
  • Work closely with Finance on monitoring spend and forecasting
  • Maintain lease service charge and insurance databases
  • Prepare reports trackers and performance summaries
  • Liaise with landlords managing agents consultants and internal teams
