Corporate Banking Analyst

You’re ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom and Citi wants to help you get there. Citi is looking for full-time Analysts to join the Corporate Banking team in London. Corporate Bankers are relationship-focused finance professionals responsible for understanding complex financial issues facing clients around the world.

Corporate Bankers drive client dialogue on capital structure, liability management, liquidity and funding strategies, risk management and investment solutions. Unique to Citi, they decide where to invest the firm’s capital and execute on those investments. They work in partnership with Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets Origination.

As a Corporate Banking Analyst, you join a training program in London for in-depth education on these topics to learn fundamentals and Citi’s culture. Whatever your degree, you receive training to excel. The program starts mid-July with a six/eight week in-depth training before team placement.

Your time involves conducting accounting and financial statement analysis, risk and credit analysis, and client business analysis to shape relationship strategy. You liaise with product and Citi network partners daily, assist in client presentations, and structure cash management, trade finance and corporate finance deals.
