About this role
Contribute to Coverage & Advisory for UK Corporates, which originates and provides financial advisory, structured finance, investment banking and M&A services. Client-centric strategy offers tailor-made solutions to clients across the world. Primary task supports group activities on dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across sectors.
Assist with marketing pitch preparation and research for client engagements. Support financial modelling and credit analysis in respect of finance transactions. Gather and analyse financial data, reporting variances and initiating corrective actions.
Liaison with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations. Contribute to interaction with other departments in Natixis for best cooperation. Assist team to develop knowledge of clients and their needs.
Maintain awareness of economic, financial data and factors affecting client base and products. Adhere to risks from transactions and develop product knowledge. Part of Natixis CIB, advising clients globally with commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050.
Requirements
- Proficiency in financial modelling for investment banking transactions
- Skills in credit analysis for structured finance
- Ability to analyse financial data and report variances
- Knowledge of UK corporate sectors and client needs
- Understanding of M&A and advisory services
- Awareness of economic factors impacting finance products
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in investment banking
