About this role
Capco is seeking experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers to join our Capital Markets team, focused on post-trade transformation. You'll work with globally significant institutions to accelerate post-trade capabilities and deliver readiness for upcoming regulatory requirements like T+1.
In this role, you will lead analysis and solution design for T+1 settlement readiness and operational resilience. You'll define business and functional requirements across post-trade processes, support regulatory backlog prioritisation, and translate user needs into actionable stories and acceptance criteria.
You will drive operating model improvements with a focus on user experience and change sustainability, collaborating within a flat, entrepreneurial consulting culture. Our team delivers high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions, shaping impactful change across the full trade lifecycle.

Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM within Capital Markets
- Familiarity with post-trade operations, securities settlement, and T+1 implementation
- Knowledge of key asset classes including Equities and/or Derivatives
- Ability to apply regulatory knowledge to operational and technology change
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
