Join the Advisory Team focused on Premium & Private Segment clients with £100k+ investments. Provide guidance remotely via telephone, video call, chat, and email to navigate their financial decisions.
Accompany clients throughout their investment journey, conducting portfolio reviews and using cashflow modelling tools like Cashcalc to build plans. Analyze performance, asset breakdown, and diversification based on selected risk levels. Ensure consistent, high-quality service for new and existing clients.

Requirements
- University degree
- Level 4 IAD qualification with CISI, CII or equivalent
- Experience providing investment advice to high-net-worth clients
- Proficiency in portfolio analysis and risk assessment
- Familiarity with cashflow modelling tools like Cashcalc
- Ability to maintain client records in Salesforce CRM
- Skills in remote client engagement via phone, video, email, and chat
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively manage and grow assets of Premium & Private clients through engagement via email, phone, and video calls
- Act as spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering exceptional customer experience as first point of contact
- Proactively engage with client base to achieve agreed targets while maintaining high quality
- Keep CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact
- Use cashflow modelling tool Cashcalc to prepare cashflows for clients
- Conduct portfolio reviews, analysing performance, asset breakdown, and diversification given risk level
- Work closely with other departments on projects to improve client experience
- Involvement in content and other business projects within Moneyfarm
