The Global Corporate Bank manages J.P. Morgan's relationships with large corporations globally, solving problems in financing, risk management, working capital, cash management, and investments. Clients receive dedicated coverage from experienced corporate bankers accessing the firm's product platform in over 60 countries. The team leverages JPMorgan Chase's capital strength to extend credit and support business growth.

The EMEA Real Estate Corporate Banking team manages relationships with EMEA-headquartered Real Estate companies, multi-national corporations with Real Estate subsidiaries, and funds in the region. They coordinate with counterparts in other regions and product partners at local and global levels. Solutions are aligned to meet specific client objectives.

The Analyst/Associate works with Directors to develop and maintain client relationships through business intelligence, marketing, and execution. They handle internal processes including obtaining approvals for deal executions, tracking opportunities, and accurate reporting. Coordination with internal partners and stakeholders ensures client needs are fully met.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve assisting Corporate Bankers, preparing memos and relationship reviews, conducting research and credit analysis, maintaining pipeline reports, and supporting marketing materials. The role includes proactive client engagement, RFP responses, and onboarding new business. J.P. Morgan fosters trusted partnerships in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Understanding of real estate industry and EMEA corporate banking dynamics
  • Proficiency in credit analysis and financial research for real estate clients
  • Experience preparing relationship reviews, account plans, and pipeline reports
  • Ability to support deal execution approvals and internal reporting processes
  • Skills in developing marketing materials and pitch books for revenue generation
  • Competence in coordinating with global product partners and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of client onboarding and implementation in corporate banking

Responsibilities

  • Assist Corporate Bankers in managing internal aspects of client relationships
  • Prepare internal memos, committee memoranda, relationship reviews, account plans, client portfolios, and pipeline reporting
  • Conduct industry and company research, credit analysis, and support credit approval and documentation processes
  • Maintain internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, and balance sheet memos
  • Assist in preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to generate new revenue
  • Support Corporate Bankers with answering RFPs and play a proactive role in client relationships and global partnerships
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new business when mandated
