Be part of a team that values innovation, strategic thinking, and collaboration. Work with EMEA GCB Bankers and Business Management on key initiatives. Lead and develop a cross-regional team, fostering deep knowledge in financial reporting.

Your expertise will shape the future of our financial planning and analysis efforts. Serve as a key representative in calls with senior management. Enhance controls and streamline processes using automation tools like Alteryx and Python.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject
Relevant work experience in Financial Services or accounting/controller background
Strong storytelling and presentation building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Oversee the annual planning cycle for EMEA GCB business
Create innovative reporting solutions for senior business heads and CFOs
Provide key metrics to measure business performance and benchmark against competitors
Collaborate with EMEA GCB Bankers and Business Management on strategic initiatives
Drive expense management agenda with country and regional business managers
Lead and develop a cross-regional team, fostering deep knowledge in financial reporting
Develop and deliver compelling presentations for senior management and stakeholders
