As a Vice President, lead comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts. Collaborate with business heads and CFOs to drive strategic initiatives. Deliver value-added insights and innovative reporting solutions to support business success.
Be part of a team that values innovation, strategic thinking, and collaboration. Work with EMEA GCB Bankers and Business Management on key initiatives. Lead and develop a cross-regional team, fostering deep knowledge in financial reporting.
Your expertise will shape the future of our financial planning and analysis efforts. Serve as a key representative in calls with senior management. Enhance controls and streamline processes using automation tools like Alteryx and Python.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject
- Relevant work experience in Financial Services or accounting/controller background
- Strong storytelling and presentation building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee the annual planning cycle for EMEA GCB business
- Create innovative reporting solutions for senior business heads and CFOs
- Provide key metrics to measure business performance and benchmark against competitors
- Collaborate with EMEA GCB Bankers and Business Management on strategic initiatives
- Drive expense management agenda with country and regional business managers
- Lead and develop a cross-regional team, fostering deep knowledge in financial reporting
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations for senior management and stakeholders
