ETF Capital Markets Specialist

Robeco is expanding its ETF platform and seeks an ETF Capital Markets Specialist to support the growth of its ETF business. In this role, you will work closely with market makers, Authorized Participants, portfolio managers, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth trading across both primary and secondary markets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to new ETF launches and enhance an innovative, fast-growing platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring efficient trading and execution across primary and secondary ETF markets. You will monitor intraday spreads, trading activity, and liquidity to support competitive performance while building or enhancing tools for liquidity insights and market analysis. Respond to client and sales requests with clear, data-driven ETF market insights and provide liquidity and pre-trade analysis to meet distribution and client needs.

Collaborate closely with APs, portfolio managers, and operations on primary market processes. Maintain strong relationships with market makers, brokers, and ETF ecosystem partners while identifying process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and competitiveness. Track market trends and competitor developments to inform platform strategy and support new ETF launches alongside improvements to existing products.
