As a Business Management Support Specialist in the Corporate Banking Business Management team, provide essential support to the EMEA UK and FIG teams. Drive strategic initiatives and support the implementation of revenue strategies. Collaborate on EMEA-wide strategic initiatives to broaden your network and deepen product knowledge across CIB.

Develop financial plans and oversee performance metrics, including revenues, pipeline, expenses, and headcount. Requirements
- Highly motivated, energetic self-starter with ownership of issues
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks across time zones within deadlines
- Proven track record in developing strong business partnerships with excellent communication skills

- Strong analytical and numeric skills with excellent attention to detail
- Investigative mindset, able to see issues at both detailed and high-level implications
- Good understanding of Investment and Corporate Banking products (DCM, Payments, Markets)
- Business Management experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, impacting diverse organizational issues
- Develop financial plans and oversee performance metrics, including revenues, pipeline, expenses, and headcount
- Prepare business performance presentations and reviews
- Manage financial and pipeline data, collaborating with product partners for periodic reviews
- Assist in key business, strategic, regulatory, and governance priorities
- Support the development of business strategy, client prioritization, and revenue planning
- Coordinate and deliver key sales initiatives and projects
- Analyze and monitor JPMorgan’s competitive position using Dealogic and Coalition data
