PA Consulting seeks an accomplished Consulting leader to develop, lead and drive Operational Excellence and Process Improvement capabilities in Financial Services, focusing on Banking and Wealth and Asset Management clients. Leverage deep expertise in Process Design & Optimisation, Operational Excellence Transformation, Process Digitisation and Service Optimisation. Our interdisciplinary teams combine innovative thinking and breakthrough technologies for enduring results.

Build core capabilities for Operational Excellence and Process Improvement in FS while ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue and sales targets. Contribute to tailored proposals for client needs and close deals effectively. Develop, lead and oversee implementation programmes with methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and process digitisation using Celonis and AI.

Requirements

  • Experience of delivering operational improvement across front, middle and back-office service areas
  • Proven experience of leading assignments and teams
  • A track record of realising business benefits and outcomes
  • Experience deploying advanced techniques such as digital technologies, cost improvement, and change management
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills in large and diverse project teams
  • Confidence to work across multiple levels of an organisation and influence senior stakeholders
  • Aptitude for delivering creative as well as innovative solutions
  • Expertise in Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt), Operational Optimisation (Lean/Kaizen), Process redesign/governance and digitization (Celonis, AI), Project & Programme Delivery (PMP, Prince2, Agile), Automation (AI, RPA), and Operational Excellence Transformation

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building core capabilities for Operational Excellence and Process Improvement in FS
  • Ensure sufficient activity to produce a steady ongoing pipeline of opportunities for Operational Excellence services in FS
  • Contribute to the development of Operational Excellence and Improvement proposals specific to client needs
  • Close and win deals for Operational Excellence and Improvement services
  • Develop, lead and oversee Operational Excellence and Improvement implementation programmes
  • Deliver operational improvement across front, middle and back-office service areas
  • Lead assignments and teams to realise business benefits and outcomes
  • Deploy advanced techniques such as digital technologies, cost improvement and change management
